Shipping policy

Please be advices Sista Herbs does not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit in route to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier at checkout. Once items are shipped, the carrier accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession. A claim must be processed with the carrier for lost products and damaged products must be reported 24 hours after your package has arrived. 

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
