In the event that you delay picking up your order, Sista Herbs is not held responsible and will not accommodate remaking the order. 

Please be advised that these products are homemade and takes time to prepare because we believe in giving you the very best. Therefore, please allow 2-3 business days before your order is ready to pickup. All local pickup arrangements will be communicated directly with the customer.
